1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern access to Followspanel, including its public pages, customer dashboard, service catalogue and API. By creating an account, adding funds, using the API or placing an order, you agree to these terms and any service-specific requirements displayed before submission.
If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and be able to enter a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
- Keep login details and API keys confidential.
- Use a valid email address that you can access.
- Notify customer care promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Do not sell, share or transfer an account without written permission.
3. Services and orders
Followspanel provides access to social media service categories from independent providers. The service name, quantity limits, link format, estimated timing and other information shown at the time of ordering describe the request you are making.
- Check that the profile, post, reel or video link is correct and publicly accessible.
- Do not submit a social media password.
- A submitted order may begin processing quickly and may not be editable afterwards.
- Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Results may be affected by platform changes, account settings or third-party activity.
4. Wallet funding, charges and refunds
Account funds are used to pay for orders at the value displayed when an order is submitted. Available payment methods, processing times and currencies are shown in the platform.
Refunds, credits or reversals are reviewed according to the service status, the applicable service description and the circumstances of the request. Funds already used for a completed or properly delivered order are generally not refundable. A refund approved to the account wallet is not automatically a cash withdrawal.
5. Acceptable use
You may use Followspanel only for lawful activity and for accounts or campaigns you are authorized to manage. You must not use the platform to:
- Violate applicable law or another platform's rights.
- Promote fraud, harassment, hate, violence or deceptive impersonation.
- Submit malware, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with service security.
- Abuse payment methods, promotions, support channels or API limits.
- Resell or represent services in a way that makes false guarantees.
6. Third-party platforms
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other networks are independent third parties. Followspanel does not control their policies, algorithms, availability or enforcement decisions and is not endorsed by them unless expressly stated.
You remain responsible for following the terms and community rules of every social platform you use.
7. API and reseller use
API users must protect their keys, validate customer input and implement reasonable rate and error handling. You are responsible for requests sent with your key and for statements you make to your own customers.
API access may be limited, rotated or suspended to protect the platform, other users or service availability.
8. Availability and changes
Followspanel may update, pause or remove a service when availability, pricing, provider conditions or platform requirements change. We may also maintain or improve the website and API. We aim to communicate material changes through the site or account channels when practical.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or close an account that violates these terms, creates security or payment risk, abuses platform resources or harms other users. Where appropriate, we may request information before restoring access.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Followspanel disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost opportunity or changes made by third-party social platforms.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the specific affected order, subject to applicable consumer law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the platform, law or service relationships change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
