Placing an order is the easy part. Picking the right service and giving it the right link is where you need to pay attention.
At first glance, two services might look like they do the same thing. They may be on the same platform, with similar names and different prices. But once you read the descriptions, the requirements can change completely.
So, before you fund your account and submit that first order, here are five things to look at.
The Service You Are Actually Buying
Start with what you want the order to deliver. Followers, likes and views are different service categories, even when they are all for the same platform.
A follower service concerns a profile. A likes or views service may require a particular post or video. Do not pick a service just because the price looks attractive. Open its description and check whether it matches what you need.
The Followspanel service catalogue is the place to begin. Use the current description as your reference, because the conditions attached to one service do not automatically apply to another.
The Link
This one deserves a second look. Having an Instagram link does not necessarily mean you have the right Instagram link for your order.
For example, a link to your profile and a link to one of your posts lead to different places. If the service asks for a post, pasting your profile address does not identify that post.
Open the link yourself before submitting it. Check that it leads to the exact account or content you intend to use, and follow the service's public-access requirements. Your social media password does not belong in the order link field.
The Quantity and Charge
Next, check the minimum and maximum quantity, then review the charge shown for your selection. Do not assume the displayed rate is the total for whatever quantity you enter.
If you change the service or quantity, look at the charge again. This is a small step, but it helps you catch a selection that no longer matches your budget.
The Conditions
Delivery estimates, refill availability and other conditions need their own attention. Where the description mentions them, read what they cover before ordering.
A refill should not be assumed to last forever, and an estimated delivery time should not be treated as a fixed appointment. If something you need is not stated clearly, use Customer care to ask before spending.
Your Record of the Order
After submitting, keep the order ID and check your orders. You will need to sign in to see your account's order history.
If you need help later, the order ID, selected service and submitted link give support something specific to investigate. A message that only says “my order” leaves the important details out.
Ready to Order?
If the service, link, quantity and conditions all match what you want, you are in a better position to proceed. If one of them is unclear, settle that first.
